About my guest:
Dr. Corrine Seeley (PHD Sleep Neuroscience), is a paediatric sleep educator and sleep consultant working out of Rebirth Wellness Centre in London Ontario. After spending almost 10 years as a researcher and course instructor in the area of sleep and brain development it wasn’t until she had a baby of her own she realized how little sleep education there were for families. Many parents she met where overwhelmed and lacked confidence navigating the opinions thrown at them by friends, relatives, books, blogs and even medical doctors. Her practice Sleep by Dr. Seeley is devoted to making sleep education more accessible to new and expecting parents, helping parents one-on-one with their infants and toddlers sleep, and ultimately giving parents education, tools and support to feel empowered navigating sleep in a way that feels right for them.
She works across the world with many families and has many collaborations on a global level. She has a strong passion for helping parents get the sleep they need as well and wholeheartedly believes that the key to a happy family life is being well-rested as a unit.
